Why grassroots sourcing changes the shape of an export deal
The gap between a farmer in Kokrajhar and a buyer in Rotterdam is longer than a shipping route. Here's how we close it.

Most exporters buy from a mandi. We buy from the farmer. The difference shows up in three places: price stability, traceability and the ability to spec a lot before it is even harvested.
Price stability
When you contract at the farm gate, you agree on a price band before the market gets loud. Buyers on the other end get a longer quote window; farmers get a floor.
Traceability
Every lot we ship can be traced to a village and a farmer group. Buyers who care about origin — and increasingly EU buyers do — get an audit trail out of the box.
Specifying the lot
Working ahead of harvest means we can align variety, moisture target and packaging on day one instead of hunting for stock later. It is slower to set up and faster to ship.
